Goods are usually dispatched between 1 to 2 working days from EU Warehouses. During this time your order is Processed : This involves validating and clearing of payment, Picking and Packaging and Pickup by courier of items from warehouse

Note - Shipping/Delivery Process :
Majority of our products are processed once payment has cleared - However, due to the complexity of the logistical system of combining several warehouses/suppliers, on occasions certain orders can take 24 / 48 hours to process before dispatching to you from EU warehouses - The delivery time is then added to this processing time -

Goods that are shipped via express delivery are typically delivered within 2 to 5 working days after processing
Goods that are shipped via the standard delivery are typically delivered within 5 to 10 working days after processing
Express 24 hr delivery can take 1 to 2 days for items to arrive
On exceptional circumstances delivery can take up to an extra 2 to 4 days i.e Bank Holidays, Environmental Issues, Strikes etc - We will endeavor to update our customers if the case arise's.

Shipping/Delivery times shown online start from as soon as the product is dispatched to your selected courier from our warehouses/suppliers not from the validation of the payment.

Nearly all of our shipments are registered and require a signature, so please have a representative at the shipping address to sign for the package(s).

Make Sure you check package(s) when they arrive. All our products leave the warehouses or factory with packaging in perfect condition. If on delivery, you notice any visible external damage state it clearly on the delivery note from the courier before signing for the package then inform us of the incident within 24 hours of delivery attaching the scanned dispatch note. We will not take responsibility of claims for damages or faults that occur once past the 24 hours after the delivery or do not clearly state 'visible damage' on delivery docket upon receipt of delivery.
*'Working day' means all days excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. (subject to stock availability).
Please note: if the total goods weigh more than 20kg, additional carriage charges may apply. In such cases, a Shoctec representative will contact you separately via email before dispatch to inform you of any additional charges.
Express 24hr
Express 24hr delivery can be purchased for selected products and cart bungles. These are usually delivered within 1 - 2 day. Please be aware that some products have a longer processing time than others 24/48hrs and orders have to placed before 12pm.
The Regular Express Service offers the fastest delivery.
The Priority Service offers the fastest delivery and priority of preparation of your order in the warehouse.
Overseas CHINA/USA Sourcing
Here at Shoctec we have started to introduce our 'Overseas Sourcing'. These are product from suppliers from China or the US and are not from our EU Warehouses/Suppliers - These are called 'Overseas Sourcing' or 'CHINA/USA Sourcing'.
- These products have 'Extended Delivery Times' which are marked as 'Overseas Sourcing' or 'CHINA/USA Sourcing'
- Delivery is from 15 to 50 days including processing
- These orders are sent separately than orders from our EU Warehouse/Suppliers.
- You can still order both and on the same cart. These will then be processed individually. So you may receive your EU order prior to your China/USA sourced products.
- beware that your orders may come at different times from different warehouses if ordering items marked as 'Overseas or China/USA Sourcing' as these have extended processing times which will be marked on the Items - If not please contact us if in doubt.
Overseas or China/USA items may incur custom charges, import duties and proof of purchase; which is payable by the customer. Again, Oversee's Items will be marked if we are selling these.
Drop Points - Ireland
Drop points are for selected products that are in our Irish Warehouse
These points are located in Galway - Westmeath - and Kildare
Drop points can be used in conjunction with COD (Cash on Delivery) with a minor non refundable deposit upon ordering
What is included in the shipping charges?
The shipping charges include:
- Suitable packaging (cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, inner protection, etc.)
- Transportation
- Insurance
- Customs clearance at origin ( If any ) Excluding items that are marked as 'Overseas' which are sourced from CHINA/USA.
What happens if you do not collect an order?
When an order is not collected by the consignee, it will be returned to our warehouse. Once we have received it, it will be processed by the Technical Support team and passed on to the Administration Department for the refund to be processed.
The order shipment and the return to the warehouse entail transportation expenses, which the company or person who placed the order must pay for. Consequently, you will receive a payment corresponding to the order return minus the two-way delivery expenses.
This process may take up to 4 weeks.
