SHOCTEC can ship world wide and to most international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost based on the shipping options you choose. Delivery charges will be confirmed before you order is accepted.

Please note that the shipping rates for items we sell are 'weight-based' and 'Per Cart' basis. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Many of our Items come from our EU Warehouse/Suppliers therefore electronic items will be shipped with a EU plug type. A type G adapter(s) for UK/IRE customers maybe required. Electrical appliances with two-pin eu plugs require suitable conversion adapters for three-pin sockets in the UK/IRE.

All our products leave the warehouses or factory with packaging in perfect condition. If on delivery, you notice any visible external damage state it clearly on the delivery note from the courier before signing for the package. All orders will require a signature on delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no parcels will be left without a signature. In the event the customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing the drivers actions e.g. taken to a convenient local collection point , left with neighbour, details of how to arrange a re delivery or to collect from the local courier company depot. Couriers will only leave your delivery with a neighbour if you specify this in the order delivery note -> ADD A NOTE TO YOUR ORDER in the 'Your Cart' section.

Estimated processing time
Usually 24hrs but can take 48hrs when orders are placed before 12pm weekdays excluding weekends and bank holidays - Some orders can be processed within 12hrs when placed before 12pm weekdays

Split Orders
Some Orders may have different dispatch times so please note this. Orders maybe sent with a different courier if your chosen courier if not available.

Returns Policy

You may submit and return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a refund. Goods must be in a resalable condition, Unopened, Include all packaging and accessories and undamaged

We would recommend that you return your items via registered post. The return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer including delivery charges unless an incorrect or defective item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Make sure to examine the delivery when you receive your order and note with the delivery driver any damaged or missing packages then contact us.

If you need to return an item, simply contact us with the order number which can be found by clicking on 'My Account'. We will issue you a return form to be filled and returned to us. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund application if accepted or rejected. Serial Number of items must match our records other wise return will be rejected
